The purpose of this phase of recruitment is to get to know you through different methods of communication. It’s okay if you’re awkward or get self conscious as we aren’t looking for media stars and we don't require you to be a video or audio editing whizz! As you know, we are a 100% distributed team so let’s see how you approach these aspects of communication!
